Provider Service Agreement

1. Agreement

This Provider Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between 1ofAllTrades ("Company") and the service professional ("Provider," "you") creating a Provider account on the 1ofAllTrades platform ("Platform"). By registering as a Provider, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.

2. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of 1ofAllTrades. You retain full control over how, when, and where you perform services. 1ofAllTrades does not direct or supervise your work. You are solely responsible for:

• Your own tax obligations (including self-employment taxes)
• Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses and permits for your trade and jurisdiction
• Carrying adequate insurance (general liability, workers' compensation where required)
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

3. Profile Accuracy

You agree that all information on your profile — including business name, services offered, service area, qualifications, and portfolio — is accurate, current, and not misleading. You must update your profile promptly if any information changes.

4. Service Quality & Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide services in a professional, timely, and workmanlike manner
• Communicate honestly and promptly with Homeowners
• Honor agreed-upon pricing and timelines
• Not solicit Homeowners to transact outside the Platform to avoid fees
• Not engage in discriminatory practices

5. Fees & Payments

All transactions between Providers and Homeowners are conducted directly between those parties. 1ofAllTrades is not a party to service contracts. Subscription fees for Business-tier features are described on the Pricing page and are billed separately from service fees you collect.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Homeowners may leave reviews and ratings about your services. You agree not to: (a) solicit or incentivize fake reviews; (b) retaliate against Homeowners for honest reviews; (c) manipulate your rating through fraudulent means. 1ofAllTrades reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant 1ofAllTrades a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform for the purpose of showcasing your services.

8. Suspension & Termination

1ofAllTrades may suspend or terminate your Provider account for violations of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us, though outstanding obligations remain.

9. Limitation of Liability

1ofAllTrades is a marketplace platform and assumes no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services you provide. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1ofAllTrades from any claims arising from your services or your violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
